I then deepened my knowledge on gender issues with a PhD project dedicated to having a better understanding of indigenous women entrepreneurship.

My Path
Over the years, I have developed a great passion for research . Although research I was very passionate about it, I wanted to be a promoter of change. So I trained to become a consultant, to be able to intervene in groups, organizations and communities . I then understood the importance of training to convey my passion and share the most powerful tool that exists.
Aware of my experiences , I have gathered mine together three activities professional - RESEARCH, CONSULTING, TRAINING - in a single professional project in the fields of entrepreneurship, management and social innovation.
I accompany individuals and organizations to reach their full potential in the direction of their vision by contributing to the creation of one best company in full compliance from the diversity gender.
