THE APPROACH
"Indigenous entrepreneurial visions" is an innovative training project created in 2017 during my Ph.D. and supports indigenous entrepreneurs and Indigenous women in particular in their entrepreneurial path. It is dedicated to indigenous entrepreneurs who wish to develop their businesses and is based on the recognition of indigenous entrepreneurial spirit and the authenticity of indigenous cultures. For this reason, training moves away from the conventional paths of entrepreneurial training to adapt in the contents and teaching methods to the cultures of indigenous entrepreneurs. The training workshops project was created to help indigenous entrepreneurs and indigenous women entrepreneurs to define, implement and communicate their indigenous business projects with appropriate training programs, tools and content.
