I am a multidisciplinary researcher in the field of social sciences, with a specific focus on gender issues.
I am interested in management, entrepreneurship, female emancipation, and that of ethnic minorities.
My research approach combines sociology, management and entrepreneurship.

I collaborated with the department of human sciences of the LUMSA University of Rome as a expert for the chair of social research techniques and with various international research centers.

My initial education is a master degree in sociology from university " La Sapienza" of Rome. To carry out my thesis, I worked with a group of Somali women who immigrated to Italy who experienced the practice of infibulation.
